Lee Anderson: 'Reform want the country back from people like you, from Westminster'

I went to North Nottinghamshire (the county I was born in) to meet with former Labour, then Conservative and now Reform MP as he toured his Ashfield constituency on an open top "battle-bus".

I was the first member of the press to interview Anderson about who he actually wants to reclaim the country from - after he tweeted what has become his catchphrase for days and days before the event.

As well as interviewing Lee Anderson for Capital FM & Smooth Radio in the East Midlands, the exchange was broadcast on LBC News - 24 hour rolling news across the UK on DAB Digital Radio and achieved some impressive figures on LBC's social media.
